 A bit user-unfriendly in that it doesn't have a very clear, easy UI but a very good idea.
 Awesome. Easy to use and is all that I needed. Shuts down per time per day and has easy to set rules as when not to shut down.
 It does the job ShutDownOnTime is 'Good' as it does the basics and is simple to use. It could be better if more sophisticated management of the shutdown, hibernate, standby and reboot were available. There is still some things I am trying out on the application but I think I have reached its limit.

 Thank you for autoshutdown, but it did not perform well with Vista. Ultimately I found a small program call shutdown.exe (a windows item) it worked well functioned within batch files, and I was able to use it within task scheduler.
